About this project

The focus for Sydney Financial Planning was to deliver a superior level of customer service to all existing and potential clients through their various communication channels including social media platforms, email marketing campaigns and a consistency of rich content published regularly to their website – a trusted source of knowledge. The bottom line return of investment (ROI) for the assignment would be an increase in revenue through qualified leads that develop into new client relationships, increased turnover by broadening the firm’s service offerings to existing clients, strengthening key stakeholder relationships, boosting overall brand awareness, and accelerating credibility and trust across the industry.

This project entailed:

  • Effectively communicating with stakeholders keeping in line with the brand tone of voice ;
  • Lead the brands community management across all social channels, including moderation, monitoring and response management;
  • Ensure social channels perform effectively and efficiently, and provide strategic oversight of all channels and campaigns;
  • Use social media marketing analytics to compile monthly reports on emerging trends and channel/campaign performance.

These efforts drove a significant increase in traffic to the website, social engagement reached new levels, new audiences lead to qualified leads and subsequently boosted the practice’s revenue.

The use of blog and video content saw a dramatic increase in organic engagement for the financial services firm.
